Wild Violet is a treasure hunt for a number of small, purple gems hidden on public land somewhere in the United States.
Beginning in October 2027, clues will be published once a month. Properly deciphered, the clues will reveal the secret locations of the hidden jewels.
WILD VIOLET Guidelines:
- The gamepieces are small, purple diamond-cut crystal jewels—each hidden in a nondescript container at one of several different locations on public land in the United States.
- Clues will be published on the 15th of each month beginning in October 2027. When solved correctly, the clues will zero in on the precise locations of the gamepieces; the hunt ends when all gamepieces have been claimed.
- Please be a conscientious steward of the outdoors: Leave only footprints and do no harm to property or nature. Do not dig in grass, flowerbeds, or landscaped areas, or leave deep holes in the ground. In other words: Seek, don't destroy.
- Each cache will be hidden with instructions to verify the find and claim the reward.
- Registration closes as of December 31, 2027 at midnight (CST).
